What is multiple locations?
If your organisation has offices in more than one location we would consider this multiple locations.
What payment methods do you offer?
Payment can be made by bank transfer or credit card.

We are based in Johannesburg, South Africa.
Can I pay monthly?
At this stage we offer quarterly or annual billing options.
Do you offer Non-profit / Education Pricing?
Yes, there is! We offer a discount on any of our yearly plans for qualifying non-profit organisations or education institutions.
Do you offer USD / EUR Pricing?
At this stage we are only engaging with customers in Africa and South Africa and while we are able to offer USD pricing, we are not able to offer EUR pricing.
What is an employee?
Any user invited to a hiring team or any user who interacts with a Workflow or a Survey is considered an employee. There is no charge for candidates who make use of the platform.
Is there a minimum engagement?
Yes, we have a minimum engagement of R300,000 annually. This allows us to provide the best possible service and customer success resources to each and every one of our valued clients.
Where is your data stored?
Your data is stored in our data center in the United States. Our computing clusters are designed with resiliency and redundancy in mind, eliminating any single point of failure and minimizing the impact of common equipment failures and environmental risks.
What is GRPR?
The European General Data Protection Regulation or simply “GDPR” is a regulation replacing the Data Protection Directive. It protects European Union customer data, in hopes of reducing the severity and frequency of security breaches, and the mishandling / misprocessing of personal data on the web.
What is POPI?
POPI refers to South Africa’s Protection of Personal Information Act which seeks to regulate the Processing of Personal Information. Personal Information broadly means any information relating to an identifiable, living natural person or juristic person (companies, CC’s etc.) and includes information like contact details, demographic information, employment and financial history, biometric information, etc.
